Individual Counseling and Coaching

Many high-achieving individuals develop strong skills in performance and self-management, but these can sometimes come at the cost of inner peace. Together, we bring conscious awareness to these patterns—exploring where you may be over-functioning, people-pleasing, or striving for external validation. As these layers soften, your higher, more authentic self has space to come forward. From this place, your choices, relationships, and sense of purpose begin to align more naturally, creating a life that feels both meaningful and true.

Our counselors will create an individualized and collaborative plan with you using a depth oriented and integrative approach. This approach seeks to create more connection, with mind body and spirit, to support you in unraveling the coping mechanisms in your life that are no longer serving you. Our collaboartive goal will be to find the path to more inner peace, alignment and ease in your daily life.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is a collaborative space where partners can better understand not just each other, but the patterns that shape their relationship. Drawing from relational therapy, the focus shifts from “who’s right” to “what’s happening between us.” It invites couples to explore the dynamics they co-create—how communication styles, emotional responses, and unspoken expectations interact to either strengthen or strain their bond.

Incorporating principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Attachment Theory, round out our therapeutic approach to working with couples who learn to make room for discomfort while staying grounded in shared values and by highlighting how early relational experiences shape the ways partners seek closeness, handle distance, and respond to vulnerability. Understanding whether one tends toward anxious, avoidant, or more secure patterns can bring clarity to recurring conflicts and foster greater empathy.

Together, these approaches support couples in building a relationship that is not conflict-free, but resilient—where both partners feel seen, heard, and able to grow side by side.

Family and Adolescent Therapy

Adolescent and Family Therapy offers a space for teens and their families to navigate this pivotal stage of life with more understanding, connection, and support. Adolescence is a time of identity formation—of figuring out who you are, where you belong, and how you relate to the world around you.

Using a relational approach, we focus on the patterns between family members, helping everyone better understand each other’s experiences, needs, and ways of communicating. Rather than placing blame, we work toward strengthening connection, building trust, and creating a family environment that supports both individuality and belonging.

This work supports teens in developing a stronger, more grounded sense of self, while helping families stay connected through the challenges and changes that naturally arise during this stage.

Group Therapy

Our Team offers a rotating number of group therapy and support group options. These groups are tailored to meet community need and engagement and vary based on space, availability and community engagement. Please see below for current offerings:

Executive Functioning Coaching

Executive Functioning Coaching is a supportive, practical process designed to help you navigate the everyday skills that keep life moving—things like organization, time management, follow-through, and focus. If you often feel overwhelmed by where to start, stuck in cycles of procrastination, or frustrated by knowing what to do but struggling to do it, you’re not alone.

This process is meant to be short-term and solution focused and can most useful as an additional support to augment therapeutic and more general coaching work.
